Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting strongly preferred.
• 60+ WPM highly preferred.
• Experience navigating Teams and Outlook is required.
• Proficiency in using office software and medical record systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in English and Spanish, in person and by phone.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with clear bilingual communication.
• Complete TE's and refer to relevant departments as needed.
• Retrieve, update, and maintain patient information accurately and confidentially.
• Address patient questions and provide information in both languages.
