Job summary

Qualifications

• CRT/PC experience in a customer service setting.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks scheduling features.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or seeking information.
• Register patients in EMR and verify billing and demographic details.
• Coordinate scheduling of appointments and test orders; answer calls and direct messages.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely care flow; support billing and medical records activities.
