One Source Medical Diagnostics is seeking a Bilingual Patient Coordinator (English/Spanish) for full-time work in the Santa Ana/Orange County area. The role involves welcoming patients, coordinating imaging appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across multiple clinics.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in healthcare admin or customer service, is proficient with MS Office, can data entry at 40 WPM, and is bilingual.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare administration or healthcare customer service.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to data enter at 40 WPM.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; knowledge of HIPAA.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between clinics.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist patients, managing reception duties, scheduling, and ensuring smooth processing for imaging diagnostics.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining operational efficiency and achieving key performance indicators.
• Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, data entry, and reporting.
• Collaborate with technologists and medical staff to coordinate schedules and optimize patient flow.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect patient information.
