The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in healthcare admin or customer service, is proficient with MS Office, can data entry at 40 WPM, and is bilingual.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare administration or healthcare customer service.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to data enter at 40 WPM.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; knowledge of HIPAA.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between clinics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, managing reception duties, scheduling, and ensuring smooth processing for imaging diagnostics.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining operational efficiency and achieving key performance indicators.
• Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, data entry, and reporting.
• Collaborate with technologists and medical staff to coordinate schedules and optimize patient flow.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect patient information.

We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional imaging diagnostic services through our state-of-the-art imaging centers. Join our team and be part of an organization committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and community. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Full Time Patient Coordinator.

Role Overview:

The Patient Coordinator is a vital member of our team, serving as the initial contact for patients and ensuring a seamless administrative experience. In this role, you will facilitate patient access to necessary imaging diagnostics, enhancing their care journey and supporting our mission of delivering outstanding diagnostic services.

*** Traveling between Santa Ana/Costa Mesa, HB and Fullerton clinic

***Payrate: $22 an hour

***Schedule:2:30pm- 11:00pm Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Saturday/ Sunday- OFF Thursday and Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients, managing reception duties, scheduling, and ensuring smooth processing for imaging diagnostics.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining operational efficiency and achieving key performance indicators.
• Handle administrative tasks effectively, including inventory management, data entry, and comprehensive reporting.
• Collaborate with technologists and medical staff to coordinate schedules and optimize patient flow.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards, ensuring the integrity and privacy of all patient information.

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual who:

• Possesses at least one year of experience in healthcare administration or customer service, with a background in health, administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrates proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office, and can efficiently manage data entry at 40 WPM.
• Understanding of medical and radiological terminology, with preference given to those familiar with diagnostic imaging processes would be a huge plus!
• Bilingual in English and Spanish mandatory
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Holds a valid driver’s license and is open to traveling to different locations as needed.
