Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in healthcare administration or customer service.
• Proficient with computer systems, including MS Office, and data entry at 40 WPM.
• Understanding of medical terminology; familiarity with diagnostic imaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, manage reception duties, scheduling for imaging diagnostics.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency to meet KPIs.
