Family Centers in Greenwich is seeking a Bilingual Patient Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients in a Federally Qualified Health Center clinic. The role requires fluent English and Spanish and a strong focus on customer service and data accuracy.

You will manage appointments, verify information, coordinate with medical staff, and support patient flow while upholding HIPAA and clinic policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required (oral and written).
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally.
• Manage calls, schedule appointments, and maintain calendar.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Facilitate check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide accurate information on services and policies.
• Coordinate patient care with medical/dental staff.
