Select Medical in Miami, FL is seeking a part-time Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, explain visit flow, and coordinate their next appointment at the front desk. You will schedule in person and by phone, ensuring a smooth start to each visit.

You will also collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance verifications while maintaining clear communication with attorneys, insurers, translation services, and center leadership. Bilingual skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience.
• Health Care Experience.
• Bilingual.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
