Palm Medical Centers in Florida seeks a Customer Service Specialist to greet patients, check in/out, answer calls, verify insurance and schedule appointments. This full-time floater position covers Tamarac and Hollywood locations as needed and requires bilingual English/Spanish and experience with the eCW medical software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year work experience in a medical front desk or receptionist capacity.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and greet patients in a courteous manner.
• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Verify patient insurance and collect necessary information.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Retrieve and distribute correspondence; keep front desk organized.
• Maintain waiting/ reception areas clean and presentable.
