Job summary

Palm Medical Centers is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to greet patients, handle check-in/out, answer phones, verify insurance, and schedule appointments. This in-person, full-time floater role covers Tamarac and Hollywood locations as needed, with an 8-hour day, Monday–Friday.

You will maintain patient records and assist other areas while ensuring a courteous, professional environment. Ideal candidates have exceptional communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and eCW experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year work experience in medical front desk or receptionist role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient service.
• Answer calls promptly and direct as needed.
• Verify patient insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in/out.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Maintain patient information and directories.
• Assist other center areas as needed.
• Prolonged desk computer work.
