Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct to appropriate staff.
• Assist patients and visitors with inquiries and scheduling.
• Schedule appointments for clinical and support services by phone and in person.
• Review calendars, manage waiting lists, and coordinate changes.
• Verify patient information and insurance details as required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional, courteous service.
