You will support diverse patients in a fast-paced clinic environment, balancing accuracy with efficiency while guiding them to needed services.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, collaboration with clinical teams, and adherence to privacy protocols in a dynamic FQHC setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with patients and families.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication.
• Basic computer skills and learning EMR/office systems within the first month.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients warmly and assist with the registration process in person and by telephone.
• Help patients complete required forms and answer questions about registration and services.
• Provide professional, culturally sensitive customer service to diverse patients and families.
• Review and update patient demographics and ensure data accuracy in EMR.
