Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a Patient Care Liaison to serve as the primary bridge between patients, providers, and attorneys. You will manage appointment updates, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining empathy and urgency across channels.

You will coordinate with sales, scheduling, interops, and AR teams to ensure seamless service, meet SLAs, and improve workflows. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus CRM and telephony experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with patients.
• Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed updates to providers and attorneys on patient appointments and statuses.
• Schedule appointments for patients as required.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to minimize no-shows and escalations.
• Coordinate delivery of scan reports and lien forms to attorneys.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries from attorneys and providers.
• Manage communications across phone, email, and text.
• Update records in internal databases and Slack/email.
• Collaborate with scheduling, interops, and AR teams to resolve issues.
• Adhere to SLAs for response times and follow-ups.
• Document recurring issues and propose process improvements.
