Job summary

Scan is building America’s national imaging network to connect patients, providers, and payers for faster, better-value diagnostic imaging. As a Patient Care Liaison, you will be the key contact between patients, providers, and attorneys, ensuring timely updates, empathetic communication, and accurate documentation across phone, email, and text.

You will develop cross-functional workflows with scheduling, interops, and AR teams, and strive to exceed SLAs while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service or communications roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish to communicate with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates to providers and attorneys on appointments and scheduling.
• Schedule patient appointments and confirmations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to minimize no-shows and manage escalations.
• Deliver scan reports and imaging records to attorneys.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage communications across phone, email, and text with prompt responses.
• Update records in internal databases and tools (Slack, email).
• Collaborate with sales, scheduling, interops, and AR teams to resolve issues.
• Adhere to SLAs for response times and follow-ups.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
