Rivertown Dental in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, answer questions, and schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve the community.

You will use cloud-based software, maintain professional phone and in-person etiquette, and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dental environment. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Healthcare/dental setting experience preferred
• Strong math skills for billing/payments
• Able to communicate in English and Spanish in person, on the phone, via text and email

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage front desk flow.
• Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists.
• Answer questions and handle patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use cloud-based software.
