Job summary

Rivertown Dental is seeking a motivated, bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients and manage scheduling for doctors and hygienists. You will handle inquiries with professional phone and in-person etiquette, work both independently and as part of a team, and use cloud-based systems and multiple software platforms to support patient care.

The role emphasizes strong communication in English and Spanish, with four days per week totaling 34–36 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent; required.
• Bilingual.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; receptionist/front desk/scheduling preferred.
• Moderate to advanced math skills with knowledge in finance, billing, accounts payable or similar preferred.
• Friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish in-person, over the phone and through text and email preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience, dental preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and act as the face of Rivertown Dental.
• Schedule appointments for Doctors and Dental Hygienists.
• Answer patient questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Work with cloud-based programs and multiple software systems.
• Maintain professional phone and in-person etiquette; work independently and in a team.
