Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Korean is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical office or orthopedic practice is preferred.
• Experience with patient scheduling and medical office administration is preferred.
• Ability to travel to affiliated clinical locations 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between our orthopedic physician, patients, clinical staff, and administrative team to ensure efficient scheduling, timely follow-up, and continuity of patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, communicate treatment plans, and assist with administrative tasks at the back office.
• Assist on-site clinic visits at affiliated locations 2–3 days per week and travel between sites as needed.
