Delaware County Women's Center in Delaware County, PA seeks a Patient Advocate / Receptionist / Outreach Assistant with Saturday coverage. The role supports patients, manages front-desk tasks, and coordinates funding to ensure access to abortion care. Strong communication and EHR familiarity are valued; bilingual skills are a plus.

The position requires a HS diploma and offers a pathway into outreach and engagement work within a compassionate team.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED required for basic lab responsibilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• EHR experience a plus.
• Experience with cash handling, bookkeeping or medical office billing.
• Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail and time management.
• General knowledge of reproductive systems.
• Bilingual candidates preferred, Spanish-speaking highly sought.

Mansioni

• Respond to patient needs with education and counseling.
• Advocate to patients and families and provide referrals.
• Run basic lab tests for iron level and Rh.
• Perform patient check-in and chart preparation.
• Collect payments, handle insurance and funding coordination.
• Reconcile deposits and complete tracking paperwork.
• Participate in training of interns.
