Job summary

Cherry Hill Women’s Center in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a motivated Patient Advocate / Educator / Center Assistant for full-time, Tue–Sat shifts. You will engage with patients, provide fact-based education, counseling, and resources, and support adoption and prenatal care services.

Responsibilities include front-desk check-in, processing payments, insurance coordination, funding referrals, and interpreting for non-English speakers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities to interpret for non-English speaking patients.
• Experience in patient education and supportive counseling.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems.
• Ability to multitask, manage time and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient needs with fact-based education, counseling and resources.
• Advocate for patients, provide referrals when needed.
• Interpret for non-English speaking patients and family members.
• Front desk duties: check-in, collect payments and handle insurance issues.
• Assist in securing funding and coordinating with outside organizations; train interns.
