Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Bilingual Patient Advocate located in a business office to guide uninsured hospital patients through Medicaid and financial assistance processes. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Perimeter Mall area.

The Advocate will perform bedside screenings, complete applications, and collaborate with hospital staff and government agencies in English and Spanish to ensure timely enrollment and follow-up,

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
Experience in hospital settings or Medicaid programs is preferred.
Ability to navigate state and federal assistance programs.

Responsibilities

Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside for eligibility.
Complete applications and follow through to approval.
Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
Coordinate with hospital staff, case managers and social workers.
Maintain queue and communicate with patients and agencies.
