Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead the patient access/pre-access team, ensuring efficient workflows and KPI achievement. You will oversee scheduling, onboarding, and coaching while partnering with clients to optimize front-end processes.

The role requires staff leadership, absolute adherence to revenue cycle goals, and readiness to work on-site at client locations. A blend of experience in registration, insurance, and hospital billing with AI-enabled process

Qualifications

• 2 year/associate degree or 4 year/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; strong analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI to enhance processes and team management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates registration and pre-registration duties with staff.
• Provides training and monitors daily productivity and reporting.
• Manages staff schedules, on-call rotations, and overtime; minimizes overtime while maximizing productivity.
• Oversees onboarding, coaching, and staff development; drives client-facing process improvements.
• Supports client needs and participates in project implementation and process changes.
