Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medical insurance verification and POS collections.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain patient information.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a friendly, professional manner.
• Register patients by entering demographic, insurance, and guarantor information into EMR.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect copays, deductibles, and other POS payments.
• Complete patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, staff, and community to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing patient questions with empathy.
• Support front office operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
