Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients courteously and initiate the registration process.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect payments and co-payments per sliding fee scale.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records; manage patient flow.
• Answer 200-300 calls daily and route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality per BSFHC policy and HIPAA regulations.
