Job summary

Keystone Health seeks a Bilingual Patient Access Representative to join our community health team on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. You will provide front-desk access, schedule and reschedule appointments, and process referrals using Solutionreach and the EMR system.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, full fluency in English and Spanish, and excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and computer applications.
