Keystone Health Women’s Care in Chambersburg is seeking a friendly, organized Bilingual Front Office Staff member to join our growing team. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with an EMR in a medical office preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming experience.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Verify medical insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Update and maintain accurate patient demographic information.
• Collect patient payments and process transactions.
• Answer incoming phone calls with professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist with other front office administrative duties as needed.
