Job summary

Menzies Aviation Tampa is seeking a Passenger Services Supervisor to coordinate and support the Passenger Services team at the airport. You will guide agents to maintain professionalism, safety, and on-time performance while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires overseeing up to 10-15 agents, coordinating with carriers, handling training records, ordering supplies, and solving operational issues. A high school diploma and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• One year college certificate or technical school with related experience or equivalent.
• Able to supervise 10-15 passenger service agents.
• Able to pass pre-employment testing including drug test and physical.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs safely.
• Must hold a valid state driver's license.
• Flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and support the Passenger Services team.
• Assist Passenger Service Agents to perform duties professionally, safely and efficiently.
• Ensure smooth operations through coordination with departments and agencies.
• Monitor, evaluate and recommend training; maintain training records.
• Handle day-to-day administration: order supplies, improve procedures and communications, investigate delays.
• Liaise with Carrier representatives to meet requirements and standards.
• Support staff morale with open communication.
• Cover manpower shortages and assist as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
