Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Passenger Service Agent in Mascoutah, IL. You will assist customers at check-in, gate, and baggage areas, ensuring accurate ticketing, fare handling, and smooth boarding processes.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and basic math. SIDA training is required, with preferred experience in airline customer service and face-to-face interactions. Part-time schedule includes benefits and on-site work at the airport.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred Qualifications - One+ year of relevant experience.
• Airline experience is preferred, and previous face-to-face customer service experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate following airline-specific standards.
• Handle reservations, preparation, and issuance of tickets and itineraries, fares, refunds, and luggage-related tasks.
• Manage lost-and-found activities and trace procedures for baggage.
• Answer inquiries about flight schedules and fares with clear information for passengers.
• Coordinate with flight crew, gate agents, and ground handling teams for passenger movement and luggage handling.
