Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CBP seal required; Orlando CBP requires US citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Must read/write/speak in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers at the airport and at the ticket counter, gate, and concourse.
• Perform ticketing, gate and jet bridge functions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle passengers professionally.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and flights operate on time.
• Assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and information inquiries.
