Inland Deicing Services, LLC is seeking an Interim Lead Passenger Service Agent at Orlando International Airport. You will coach peers, monitor operations, and ensure on-time flight handling while delivering exemplary customer service at ticket counters, gates, and concourses. The role requires 18+, English proficiency, and reliability.

A US CBP seal is required, plus a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Office and strong attention to detail are essential.

• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers at the airport.
• Handle ticketing, gate and jet bridge functions; assist with boarding and deplaning.
• Provide information and directions, announce flight details to passengers.
• Assist in baggage handling and related customer services at counters and concourses.
• Maintain safety standards and respond to passenger concerns professionally.
