The Inland Group of Companies is hiring a Passenger Service Agent at Orlando International Airport (MCO). This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, handling ticketing, gate, boarding, and passenger guidance at various airport touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• This position requires a US CBP seal; Orlando CBP requires US citizenship or permanent resident status to receive seal.
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and carry out instructions in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to verbally direct and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers.
• Ticketing, gate and jet bridge functions.
• Provide customer service at ticket counter, gate and baggage areas.
• Make boarding announcements and provide connecting flight information.
• Assist unruly, upset, or angry passengers.
