Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in store.
• Experience with automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers with merchandise selection.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges/returns and maintain cash drawer accurately.
• Assist store management and technicians with in-store services and planogram updates.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as stocking, freight receivals, and inventory counts.
