O’Reilly Auto Parts in Denham Springs, LA is seeking a Parts Specialist who delivers high levels of service to retail and installer customers. This role supports store management with daily tasks and participation in company service programs.

You will greet customers, help them select parts, handle cash/transactions, and assist with returns and exchanges. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, and ASE certification is a plus.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed and directed.
• Process transactions, handle cash/draw, and apply returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote Low-Price Guarantee.
• Manage stock, planograms, and daily operational tasks as assigned.
• Perform in-store services and basic diagnostics per training and policy.
