Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by answering calls and quoting prices.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions and process exchanges/returns.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and housekeeping tasks.
• Perform store operations such as returns and freight processing, stock counts, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and light vehicle checks as per state laws.
