Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers in-store. You will greet customers, assist with parts selection, and support management with daily tasks, including checkout and returns.

Bilingual capability is encouraged, with opportunities for growth within a stable, employee-focused retailer. The role involves operating store equipment after training, following customer service programs, and maintaining accuracy in transactions

Qualifications

• ASE certification is required.
• Fluent in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Able to multitask and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Able to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Familiar with automotive parts and sales/service workflow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting parts and services.
• Support store management and installers with tasks.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Look up parts and provide quotes; promote related items.
• Address customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.
