Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support professional customers as needed. Responsibilities include cash handling, returns processing, answering store calls, and performing daily operations such as stocking, planogram updates, and basic in-store services.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers.
• Handle store phone inquiries and lookup parts with pricing.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Assist with store image maker and planogram updates, stocking, and cleaning.
• Perform daily operating tasks and select in-store services as allowed by state laws.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
