O'Reilly Auto Parts in the United States is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential duties include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling exchanges/returns, and resolving complaints. The role also involves stock updates, planogram compliance, and occasional driving to fulfill business needs.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Mansioni

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet customers promptly and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Complete required company training for the position.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and suggest related items with the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Handle cash drawer, cash/cheques, change, and credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Update image maker and planogram, assist with freight receival, stocking, fronting and cleaning.
• Perform daily operations: returns to distribution center, stock adjustments, cycle counts.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training.
• Perform in-store services (install wipers, test/battery charge, troubleshoot codes, replace headlight capsules).
• Occasionally drive delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
