Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide a high level of service to retail and installer customers, while supporting store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, respond to phone inquiries, process cash, check and card transactions, and help with stock, planograms and occasional deliveries as required.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask between in-store and phone interactions.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired; additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers as needed and directed.
• Answer store phone calls and quote prices.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with image maker and planogram updates.
• Perform daily store operational tasks (stock, counts, returns).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
