O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service and to support store management in daily tasks. The role emphasizes customer interaction, cash handling, inventory, and basic in-store services, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position requires greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, handling exchanges, stocking, and performing planogram updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Assist with stocking shelves, planograms and daily store tasks.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as required.
