O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter and oversee delivery staff to ensure accurate, timely orders. The role emphasizes technical parts knowledge, relationship building, and coordinating parts delivery to installers.

Qualified candidates have a strong mechanical background, solid communication skills, and may hold ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online; invoice and direct parts for delivery.
• Route delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and complete inspections daily.
• Ensure warranty parts and cores are billed before customers leave the store.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed and support backroom duties.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.
