Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers from the installer counter. You will oversee delivery staff, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain vehicle service and inspections. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities include order intake, invoicing, parts staging, returns processing, and front/back counter support. Strong mechanical knowledge and communication skills are essential.

• Above average communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery staff for timely fulfillment.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Ensure daily vehicle inspections and mileage entries in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify all product/merchandise is billed before customers leave.
• Handle core and warranty returns promptly and credits issued.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and proper labeling.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
• Assist with labor claims processing to ensure speed and accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned.
