O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist, a technical parts expert who serves professional customers at the installer counter and oversees delivery staff to ensure timely orders.

You will build sales relationships, manage orders by phone and online, direct delivery routes, verify warranties and returns, and support front and backroom duties to keep the store running smoothly. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take customer orders quickly and accurately by phone and online; invoice orders and direct delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Record daily mileages and vehicle inspections; route delivery staff accordingly.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers for superior service.
• Verify product/billing accuracy including warranties and cores.
• Credit returns for new cores and warranties promptly; audit returns for abuse.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
