O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service for retail and installer customers while supporting store management with tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support professional accounts as needed. Responsibilities include answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, processing payments, and handling exchanges.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls and lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process exchanges/returns and maintain cash drawer accurately.
• Perform daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and cleaning.
