Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #703354, located at 1524 E. Joppa Rd Space D, Towson, MD 21286.

You will help wholesale and retail customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction while supporting store sales goals. Responsibilities include in-store and phone assistance, tinting and mixing products, stocking, and assisting with deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; Spanish fluency is required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in person and by phone.
• Assist customers by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Maintain accurate work order files and displays.
• Stock shelves, tint and mix products as needed, and process transactions.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when required.
• Maintain clean and presentable store areas and comply with inventory controls.
