Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #703366 at 100 Westminster Pike, Reisterstown, MD 21136. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present products and services to achieve sales goals while maintaining store standards.

This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, providing accurate transactions, and maintaining product displays. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates with a drive for customer satisfaction are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: must have at least a “meets expectations” rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
