Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to serve commercial paint customers at Store #703348 in Baltimore. You will assist customers, process sales, tint and mix products to spec, and help maintain store standards while contributing to sales goals.

Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., with a High School diploma or GED and experience in retail or customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal work authorization.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for customer interaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Maintain stock and keep work orders organized.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers.
• Support deliveries as needed and help meet sales goals.
