Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #3369 in Mitchellville, MD. You will assist walk-in and wholesale customers, determine needs, and recommend paint and related products while upholding high service and display standards.

You will handle sales transactions, help maintain inventory, and support deliveries as needed, with a focus on meeting store sales goals and providing excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and pricing formulas.
• Restock shelves, set up displays, and assist in deliveries as needed.
