The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support two store locations: Home Store #705393, 11343 York Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21031, and Store #703368, 1934 York Road, Timonium, MD 21093. You will engage customers, answer product questions, and drive sales with strong service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers at two Sherwin-Williams stores.
• Assist customers in person and by phone; determine needs and recommend products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Restock shelves, prepare displays, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading tasks as needed.
