Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Florida is seeking a Store Associate to serve both walk-in and wholesale customers. You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and ensure accurate sales transactions while maintaining stock and displays.

You will tint and mix products to customer specifications, handle deliveries as needed, and support store operations to meet monthly and yearly sales goals. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is preferred, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, understand English.
• Must read, write, understand Spanish.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• May work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations.
• Internal employees must complete HR Cloud eLearning as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Stock shelves and displays; tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
