Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring Store Associates to help customers in our retail locations. You will assist with in-store and phone inquiries, determine customer needs, and recommend the right paint and coating solutions.

You will process sales, maintain displays, and support deliveries as needed, all while upholding quality and service standards. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and sales experience, be able to communicate in English and Spanish, and lift up to 70 lbs when

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain inventory and display standards.
• Assist in deliveries when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
