Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Florida to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products while maintaining high service quality.

You will process sales, tint and mix products to spec, stock displays, manage payments, and help meet monthly and yearly sales goals while staying compliant with safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish preferred.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays; assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications; meet sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
