The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 25-mile radius of Denham Springs, LA. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour.

You will assist wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about products, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining store displays and meeting sales goals. Ideal candidates have strong English and Spanish communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Must read/write/communicate in English
• Must read/write/communicate in Spanish
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Must be willing to work evenings/weekends with/without accommodation

Aufgaben

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products/services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
• Pull products from floor/warehouse
• Tint and mix products to customer specs
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Assist in deliveries as needed
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
